We love all of our clients at LocsbyJahlicia, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and time again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch.

  • Non-Refundable Deposit Policy: This policy applies to no-calls, and no-shows to appointments. Each appointment blocks out a set period for our customers so we may give everyone our undivided attention.  If that time isn't used, it's a loss and cost to the company. If there are unusual circumstances, please contact your stylist as soon as you can.

  • Privacy Policy: Any information we obtain will be for our records only. Your information will never leave our site..EVER!
